Small Group Training

Grab your best friend, co worker, family member, or whoever you like and get training! At San Diego Personal Training, small group training is a fun option to try with someone who you like to make memories and results with. Working out with a partner or two keeps you and others motivated to keep working. Pushing yourself and your partners leaves nobody lagging behind. Sticking to a workout plan can be difficult, but having someone going through the process by your side, it might just feel a little more fun.

Warm up and cool down on cardio machines together, race to flip tires farther, pass medicine balls to each other, and so much more! Perform workouts side by side or by using each other’s bodies. Sweat and laugh and forget you are even going through a challenging workout.

With our high level trainers, they will design a program that works for you and your partner to meet everyone’s individual fitness levels. Having a trainer with you and your group ensures that everyone is staying safe and maintaining perfect form throughout the entire session. Keep progressing and improve your strength, cardiovascular health, balance, endurance, and more, side by side with a trainer and partner.
